Alexi Vaughn is a Board-Certified Family Nurse practitioner (FNP-C) who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and care to ReGenesis Plastic Surgery, Dermatology & Spa. A native of Grand Junction, CO, Alexi has dedicated 20 years to the nursing profession with 5 of those years serving as an FNP.

Her extensive medical background ranges from trauma, wounds, cardiac, orthopedic trauma at St. Mary’s Hospital, hormone replacement and optimization, and now facial aesthetics.

Alexi’s journey into the world of facial aesthetics and self-care has been driven by a deep-rooted desire to empower individuals to embrace their best selves. As our Nurse Practitioner Injector at The Spa ReGenesis, she specializes in administering a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators (such as Botox and Dysport), dermal fillers, and other injectable solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of the office, Alexi leads an active lifestyle that aligns with her passion for adventure and self-discovery. She enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, telemark skiing, and practicing jiu-jitsu, embracing the great outdoors and physical challenges that keep her grounded and energized.
